The third step of the 2012 WellAware incentive program is to exercise a minimum of five days a week for 12 consecutive weeks. During each week, at least three days should include 30 minutes spent per day on sustained cardiovascular exercise. The other two days each week can be spent on additional cardiovascular activity, strength training, stretching, or participating in other recreational activities. Exercise at home and document your activities by submitting one of our 12 week logs. There are two logs to choose from along with our Exercise Tips sheet to help you meet your goals:
- Home Exercise Log: This log allows you to track on paper or online in a fillable PDF. For paper or fillable copies, print or download one here or request one be sent to you.
- Pedometer Tracking Log: If you're a walker, consider the Pedometer Tracking Log which is a pedometer-based log that encourages increasing your steps for added benefits (a limited supply of pedometers are available; contact us for more info).
